The Sefton SEND area partnership has been carrying out an annual parent and carer survey since 2019.   The feedback that parents and carers provide is reported and acted upon.

Your feedback is important.  Please help us by completing this survey, which will only take between 10 - 15 minutes to complete.

Please answer based on your experience of using SEND sevices to date.  There are free-text boxes where you can give us more information.

Why your views matter

We are still  keen to understand whether you are seeing an improvement in the help and support you are receiving from health, education social care and the Special Educational Needs casework team in Sefton. The feedback and action from last years survey is below.

*PRIZE DRAW*

By taking part in this survey, you will have the option later in the survey to be entered into a prize draw, where winners will be randomly selected to win one of three £50 shopping vouchers.

Please note that at the end of this survey, before submitting your results, you will be asked if you want to provide an email address so that you can receive a PDF copy of your response.  This is completely optional.  The email address is only used to send the email to you via the online consultation system provided by Delib as the data processor.  The email address will not be stored with the responses and Sefton Council will not have access to it.

What happens next

The findings of this short survey will be shared with the SEND Continuous Improvement Board.  The findings will also be shared with the Sefton Parent and Carer Forum and will be available on the Local Offer.
