Kooth Consultation and Engagement

Kooth is an online chat-based mental health support service for young people, aged 10-25. They offer free and anonymous support through 1 to 1 chats with mental health professionals, either as a one off or on a regular basis. Kooth also provides  content on mutliple topics and community forums where young people can read and share personal experiences, advice, and receive emotional support.
