Overview

This survey is for people who are using Supported Living services now, their families and carers.

For those individuals who would like independent support to complete the survey you can contact the Healthwatch Sefton Signposting Service on 0800 206 1304 between the hours of 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday. If the line is busy, please leave a message which includes your name and phone number and we will get back in touch with you.

Why your views matter

Your Voice Matters.

We’d love to hear from you! Please take a few minutes to fill in our survey - your answers will help shape Supported Living services in Sefton for the future.

Working Together.

We’re doing this in co-production - which means:

  • Working together with people with lived experience.
  • Partnering with carers, service providers, and local organisations.

Get Involved.

There’s a Supported Living Co-production Group and special events happening during the consultation. To find out more and join in, visit Sefton.gov.uk/SupportedLiving.

Please note that at the end of this survey, before submitting your results, you will be asked if you want to provide an email address so that you can receive a PDF copy of your response.  This is completely optional.  The email address is only used to send the email to you via the online consultation system provided by Delib as the data processor.  The email address will not be stored with the responses and Sefton Council will not have access to it.

What happens next

The consultation will be open for ten weeks. During this time we will evaluate responses and set up focus groups to look at specific themes. Following the consultation we will look to move forward with the retendering of the supported living support: -

  • Engagement and consultation July – September 2025
  • Review of responses
  • Tender to be published November 2025
  • Tender and Evaluations November – March 2026
  • Contract Award May 2026
  • Mobilisation and contract start August 2026

Events

  • Your Home Your Say Coproduction Group Meeting

    From 15 Sep 2025 at 13:00 to 15 Sep 2025 at 15:00

Your experience and views will help us codesign this service. We value your involvement as experts with lived experience and organisations who either provide or support people.
