Overview

What is the Your Home Your Say Supported Living Service Coproduction Group?

The Supported Living service's currently support approximately 573 people to live as independently as possible and to engage in the community. There are over 30 providers delivering the care and support and are a mix of local, regional, and national organisations.

Sefton Council's aim is to:

  • Focus on the individual's needs.
  • Maximise choice and control
  • Promote independence.

We want to co-produce a range of high quality accommodation with support across Sefton for both older adults and young adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and or Physical Disabilities.

By looking at how the services are delivered, it will provide an opportunity to design services and deliver a range of support models which will be beneficial to the service users and their families, carers and advocates.
