Overview

Sefton Council has a statutory duty to formulate and publish proposals for the preservation and enhancement of conservation areas.

Why We Are Consulting

We are inviting residents, the public, businesses and interested groups and organisations to send in their comments on the draft update of the Green Lane, Formby Conservation Area Appraisal.

Any comments on this draft appraisal would be very welcome with relevant information being assessed by Officers with a view to incorporating it into the final document before it is published.

In order to comment, please first read through the draft conservation area and management plan document, which is attached below.

The draft Green Lane Conservation Area Appraisal is also available for scrutiny in hard copy at Formby library and at the Reception desk at Magdalen House, 30 Trinity Road, Bootle.

Please note that at the end of this survey, before submitting your results, you will be asked if you want to provide an email address so that you can receive a PDF copy of your response. This is completely optional. The email address is only used to send the email to you via the online consultation system provided by Delib as the data processor. The email address will not be stored with the responses and Sefton Council will not have access it.
