Sexual Health Service Consultation and Engagement

Overview

Sefton Sexual Health Service provides sexual health support, advice, and treatment to the local community. The service offers free and confidential care for individuals of all ages, focusing on sexual health, contraception, and reproductive health needs.

Key Services:

1. Contraception: Offering a range of contraceptive methods, including emergency contraception, oral contraceptives, implants, and intrauterine devices (IUDs) for contraceptive purposes.

2. Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) Testing and Treatment: Includes testing and treatments for infections like chlamydia, gonorrhea, HIV, and syphilis.

3. HIV Services: Includes testing, counseling, and ongoing treatment or referrals for individuals with HIV.
