Sefton Parent and Carer SEND Survey 2025/2026
Overview
This survey is for parents and carers of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND). The Sefton SEND Partentship would like to hear from you about your experiences of the information and support you receive, so we know what is working well and where we need to make improvements.
More Information about the SEND Partnership.

The SEND Partnership Board is Education, Health services, the SEND Team and Social Care, and the Sefton Parent Carer Forum. They listen to feedback and work together to make improvements to Sefton’s SEND services.
Important Information.
If you filled in the survey in March or April 2025, you don’t need to do it again, unless you have new feedback or experiences. Thank you for helping to improve SEND services in Sefton!
We asked for your ideas in March and April 2025, and we’ve already shared those answers.
Now, the SEND Partnership Board would like to hear from even more parents and carers, so we’re opening the consultation again.
Below is a You Said, We Did flyer from last years parent and carer survey. This shows some of the activity that is taking place on the feedback we received.
The survey should take approximately 15 minutes for you to complete. Please answer based on your experience of using SEND sevices to date. There are free-text boxes where you can give us more information about what is working well for you and areas for improvement.
Please use a separate form for each child or young person with SEND.

*PRIZE DRAW*
By taking part in this survey, you will have the option later in the survey to be entered into a prize draw, where winners will be randomly selected to win one of three £50 shopping vouchers.
Please note that at the end of this survey, before submitting your results, you will be asked if you want to provide an email address so that you can receive a PDF copy of your response. This is completely optional. The email address is only used to send the email to you via the online consultation system provided by Delib as the data processor. The email address will not be stored with the responses and Sefton Council will not have access to it.
This survey collects personal information (which is optional to provide). There is a Privacy Notice that explains what is collected and why.
