Overview

Healthwatch is the independent champion for people who use health and care services. The nine Healthwatch organisations across Cheshire and Merseyside are working together to understand people’s views and experiences of using the NHS App. Your feedback will help make sure digital services work for everyone.

This survey will help us understand:

  • who uses the NHS App and who doesn’t
  • what helps or prevents people from using it
  • whether people feel comfortable giving feedback or raising concerns online
  • what support people might need if more services move online

Please complete the survey.

The survey is open to anyone who lives or works in Cheshire and Merseyside, or uses NHS services in the area. It takes around 5 to10 minutes to complete.
