SEND Parent and Carer Communications Focus Groups

The Sefton SEND Partnership are holding 5 in-person Parent and Carer Focus Groups in September and one on-line session, with a focus on communications and receiving SEND information, including a newsletter and the Local Offer.  This will help us to also develop a SEND Communications Strategy.

These focus group sessions are for Sefton parents and carers. Thank you for showing an interest in attending one of these.

Please note that if we reach the maximum number for a session - this session will no longer be available and would ask you to book onto one of the available sessions.

Please note that at the end of this survey, before submitting your results, you will be asked if you want to provide an email address so that you can receive a PDF copy of your response.  This is completely optional.  The email address is only used to send the email to you via the online consultation system provided by Delib as the data processor.  The email address will not be stored with the responses and Sefton Council will not have access to it, unless you have provided an email address as part of the form.
